What we believe
Retail software has been split for decades: one system takes the order, another rings it up, another tracks the stock, and a person spends their day reconciling all three. The customer feels the seams.
Zappy is built as one order system. A conversation, a checkout, a counter ticket and a stock movement are the same event seen from different sides — so we model them that way.
We say what's live and what isn't. Where a capability is still in design, the site says so plainly rather than showing a screen that doesn't exist.
