Brand architecture
One platform. One product surface. One intelligence layer.
Zappy Software builds the platform. MyOrder is how retailers run on it. Zappy AI is the intelligence inside every order.
Zappy Software
The platform and the company
The commerce and operations platform for modern retail: ordering, point of sale, inventory connectivity, operations, and payments in one system.
MyOrder
How retailers run on Zappy
The product retailers put in front of customers and staff — the storefront, the counter, the order lifecycle. Live today with retailers taking real orders.
Zappy AI
The intelligence inside every order
Reads customer intent, matches the catalogue, assembles the order, and hands operations a clean, priced, ready-to-fulfil ticket.
How it works
Customer intent, connected to real operations.
The commerce pipeline runs end to end — no dropped context between what a customer says and what your business does.
Conversation
A customer asks for what they want, in their words — by text, on the web, or at the counter. Zappy AI reads intent, budget, quantities and timing.
Transaction
The catalogue is matched, the order is priced on the server, and payment is captured through a trusted provider. Nothing is left to a back-and-forth.
Operations
Your team gets a clean ticket — picked, prepared, and handed over. Stock levels move with it so the next order stays honest.
Zappy AI
Ordering that understands the customer
Zappy AI turns a plain-language request into a structured order: the right products from your catalogue, the right quantities, the right pickup or delivery window — priced and ready to confirm.
- Intent and catalogue matchingReads what the customer means and maps it to real SKUs, sizes and options.
- Order assemblyBuilds the cart, applies pricing rules on the server, and confirms in one reply.
- Demand signalsSurfaces what's moving and what needs promoting, from the orders themselves.
Structured from a sentence
"2 barista oat + a dozen large eggs, pickup 5:30" → order • oat_milk_barista_1l ×2 • eggs_large_dozen ×1 fulfilment: pickup @ 17:30 pricing: server-authoritative status: awaiting_confirmation
Point of sale
One order system for staff and customers
Every order — text, web, app, or counter — lands in the same place, moves through the same lifecycle, and settles against the same books. Staff work one queue instead of three.
- Single order queueIncoming, in progress, ready — across every channel at once.
- Consistent lifecycleThe same states, timestamps and receipts whether a person or the AI took the order.
- Server-authoritative pricingTotals are computed and checked server-side, never trusted from the client.

Sell what's actually on the shelf
Zappy connects to the stock system you already run and keeps ordering in step with it — so customers aren't sold what isn't there, and what needs to move gets promoted.
- Reads your stock levelsFrom your POS, ERP, or a maintained sheet — through available connectors.
- Inventory-aware promotionsSurface products that need to move and let Zappy AI build the campaign.

Storefront & counter
sells what's actually there
Shown as an architecture concept. Available connectors and the depth of stock control vary by plan and integration.
Security & payments
Security-first by construction
Every order is priced and authorised on the server. Tenants are isolated. Payments run through established providers. Card data is never stored by Zappy.
Server-authoritative pricing
Totals and discounts are computed server-side and re-checked at capture. The client can't set a price.
Tenant isolation
Each business's data is scoped and separated. Requests are authorised at the object level, not just the route.
Idempotent operations
Orders and payments use idempotency keys, so a retry or a dropped connection never double-charges or double-books.
Audit trails
Order, pricing and fulfilment changes are recorded with who, what and when.
Trusted payment rails
Card processing runs through established providers. Zappy stores no raw card numbers.
Transactional inventory
Stock reservations and releases are atomic — no oversell from a race condition.
Zappy describes its architecture, not a certification. We do not claim SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA or ISO certification.

What Zappy runs, end to end
A single system behind the storefront, the counter, operations and payments — connected to what you already use.
